We are looking for a Woodworking CNC Programmer. The role will involve creating programs and running our in-house CNC Machines. Knowledge of AlphaCam would be highly beneficial. The ideal candidate will be looking for a new challenge in a demanding work environment.
Responsibilities
- Running 3 & 4 Axis Matrix Bed Cnc Machines
- Programming in Alphacam
- Ability to manage yourself and your time
- Manage stock levels and inform management of any shortages
- Reading drawings from the technical team
- Breaking down drawings for programming
- Ensuring the CNCs are operating to maximum capacity. CNC must always be ahead of production/joinery department.
- Machining sheet material such as MDF, Plywoods, Veneered and laminated boards, composites, acrylics.
- Background in Joinery
- Experience with CNC Machines
- Fundamental understanding of programming
