The Role
In this role, you'll be the friendly voice and face of our company, providing exceptional support to our social housing customers. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Handling inbound and outbound customer calls with professionalism and empathy
- Troubleshooting and resolving customer queries with the assistance of our technical experts
- Ensuring our customers feel valued, heard, and supported throughout their interactions with us
What You'll Need
- A compassionate nature and a willingness to learn
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Must be flexible to work on weekends
- Excellent spoken English
- Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
- Maths & English GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
- Experience in a customer service or call center environment (preferred)
