Salary: £40k
Hours: Monday – Friday 9:00-5:30pm
Location: London Bridge

We have an exciting new opportunity for an experienced document controller for a design & build company based in a great location near London Bridge.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the project team and the wider business.
Duties of the role:
- Chasing, collating all relevant project files/documentation for the entire cycle of fit out projects to meet programme deadlines.
- Managing & chasing project teams for all relevant building control documentation.
- Ensuring project contracts are in place as well as compiling completion documentation
- Collating information for client Operation and Maintenance Manuals in conjunction with Denaploy
- Managing project documentation on company server as well as online project management portal (Procore)
- Managing use of Matterport for 3D virtual tours
- Liaising with all project stakeholders
- Ensure and adhere to company document management processes and procedures
- Any other duties as and when required
Requirements:
- Previous experience within a similar role in the construction or fit out industry
- Great administration skills and attention to detail
- Confident personality with excellent communication skills
- Must be able to work on own initiative
- Team player who works well with others
