Role Overview:
As a Joinery Design Technician, you will oversee multiple contracts simultaneously, ensuring that all projects are completed to the highest standards and within the specified timelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage 1-3 joinery contracts concurrently, with project values ranging from £500k to £10m.
- Utilise 2D AutoCAD for project planning and execution.
- Apply technical joinery knowledge to enhance project outcomes.
- Ensure compliance with current regulations and fire ratings, especially in doorset installations.
- Leverage Revit/BIM experience to streamline project workflows (desirable but not essential).
