Job Summary: As a Multi Trader you will be assigned daily repairs. Projects will be residential as well as public buildings.
Location: North London
Salary: £26 per hour
Key Responsibilities:
Social housing experience is required
You MUST have a full clean driving licence and ENHANCED DBS CHECK
Carpenter and Plumber multi trader required to work in responsive / voids repairs department with knowledge and experience working in social housing sector. Company van and fuel will be provided.
Ideal candidates will have experience working on large sites
Reliable and punctual
Have good communication skills
Ability to work alone, on your own initiative.
36 hours per week
