Salary: £40k
Location: London Bridge
Hours: Monday – Friday 9:00am-5:30pm – full time office based

This successful design company based close to London Bridge are looking for an experienced Office Manager to join their team.
You will be providing strong and reliable operations support for the office.
Duties:
Provide general support to visitors
Serve as the main point of contact for office administrative duties (IT, maintenance, supplies, equipment etc.)
Maintain a pleasant work environment
Co-ordinate with IT support provider
Liaise with property landlord and office maintenance subcontractors
Oversee office supplies and equipment
Schedule appointments and meetings
Book travel and accommodation
Help organise in-house and off-site activities, events
Support onboarding process for new hires
Providing outstanding level of customer support to both internal and external stakeholders
Any other duties as and when needed
Requirements:
Previous experience within a similar role
Proficiency in MS Office
Great administration skills and attention to detail
Confident personality with excellent communication skills
Must be able to work on own initiative
