Title: Project Co-ordinator (Experience Team)
Reporting to: Senior Project Manager
Salary Range - £20K - £26K

My client is a full-service creative events agency, based in Surrey. They specialize in delivering unique experiences for top brands, corporations, and life science companies.

Job Purpose:
The Project Co-ordinator's role is to support the planning and execution of events, both live and virtual, from conception to completion. Their goal is to ensure events meet or exceed client expectations and are delivered within budget and on time.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
Client Management:
- Assist in building client relationships
- Lead client meetings and calls for specific projects

Project Management:
- Support project managers in various aspects of event preparation, planning, and execution
- Manage small-scale events with guidance
- Follow touch best practices and use project management tools
- Maintain supplier relationships and communicate with third-party suppliers
- Help with onsite documentation and post-event reporting
- Monitor project budgets and finance management

General:
- Input daily timesheet activity
- Manage personal expenses and credit card reconciliations
- Ensure compliance with company privacy and security protocols and GDPR regulations
- Collaborate with colleagues for effective project delivery
- Attend company training and meetings as required

This Project Co-ordinator role is responsible for assisting in the successful execution of events, maintaining client relationships, and contributing to the overall effectiveness of the organization's event management efforts.

Salary Package (in addition to base salary)

  • 25 days holiday per year plus bank holidays and bonus Christmas holiday allocation

  • Discretional Annual Profit Related Bonus (not guaranteed)
    The candidate must have been employed by touch for a minimum of 6 months (ie: start date before 01st July) to be eligible to join the discretional bonus scheme and to be eligible to receive any ‘general company annual salary increases’ (effective January of each year)
