We are recruiting for a Project Manager role on behalf of one of our clients who specializes in decorative plasterwork for prestigious projects such as royal palaces, exclusive residences, luxury retail stores, and five-star hotels. - Location: Office in Sutton, South West London, with sites in Central London and southern England
- Salary: £40k - £50k per annum, dependent on experience
- Responsibilities:
- Manage site teams and resources across various projects to ensure timely delivery
- Handle commercial management of projects
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Read and understand client drawings and schedules, and prepare sub-programmes to meet these requirements or identify issues
- Coordinate material deliveries from the workshop to the site as required
- Ensure all work is carried out safely and maintain tidy work areas
- Write method statements and risk assessments as needed
- Oversee the project from order to final account
- Requirements:
- Commercial acumen
- Proficiency in computer use, particularly Excel
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proactive, can-do attitude with a desire to learn and improve
- Ability to prepare and read drawings and work programmes
