Job Summary: Repairs Supervisor to cover team of high performing repairs operatives to deliver high standards of work quality and efficient use of materials. To undertake a range of complex diagnostics and co-ordinating multi trade repair projects for repairs affecting multiple properties such as major leaks, demonstrating proficient level skills and experience across a range of trades carpentry, plumbing decorating, plastering, and tiling.
Location: Enfield
Salary: £23.88 - £29.38 per hour
Key Responsibilities:
- Carrying out toolbox talks and one to ones with operatives.
- Pre and Post inspections on tenanted properties.
- Managing void team ensure voids are delivered within time scale.
- Attending evening TA meetings and ensure responsive to internal and external customer needs.
- Ensuing compliance of health and safety rules and regulations in all work activities are maintained.
General duties:
- Based on the shopfloor planning and workload, additional duties and support might be needed in other areas of the business
- Ensure factory housekeeping standards are maintained.
- Ensure health & safety standards are always maintained (use of PPE)
- Ensure Environmental standards are always maintained.
- Assist with other business manufacturing processes whenever required.
