About the Role:
Are you a seasoned Site Manager ready to take on a dynamic role? Our client is looking for an experienced professional to lead their projects on-site. You’ll work closely with the Project Manager and site teams, ensuring smooth project execution from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, and site activities.
- Coordinate and direct site teams to ensure timely project delivery.
- Attend stakeholder meetings, document key decisions, and ensure follow-up on actions.
- Collaborate with the Project Manager on client interactions, project changes, and risks.
- Source necessary materials, equipment, and plant hire.
- Ensure all projects meet safety standards, are compliant with regulations, and are completed within agreed frameworks.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in the engineering or construction sector.
- Familiarity with CDM regulations.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in cost and material reviews.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Ability to perform under pressure and solve complex project challenges.
