Role and responsibilities
The Project Administrator will play a crucial role in ensuring that site based teams are provided with the correct information at the correct time in order to exceed our customers expectations.
Primarily working under the direction of Project Managers and Commissioning teams, you will liaise with colleagues across the business and external subcontractors and customers to understand requirements and proactively solve challenges as they arise.
An eye for detail and ability to extract information from multiple systems are key, with good system skills to enable accurate recording of information
Key aspects of the role include
Data entry and input
Maintenance and cleansing of data
Creation of schedules
Maintenance of quotations and subcontractors
Liaising with site based teams across the region to solve issues as they arise
Coordinate logistics, including the processing of orders and scheduling of installations.
Serve as the main point of contact for internal teams, external suppliers, and customers regarding project inquiries, updates, and changes.
Communicate project updates, deadlines, and changes to customers, suppliers, sub-contractors and internal teams as necessary
Maintain accurate project documentation, including sales agreements, purchase orders, and any other correspondence
Completion and maintenance of Procurement Portals, ensuring company compliance
Monitoring of Company compliance documentation, including accreditation, policies and contractor risk management
Qualifications and education requirements
Experience working within a fast paced project environment
Good use of Excel and other data entry platforms
Project administration – 2 years (preferred)
Administrative experience – 2 years (preferred)
