About Lewis
I started out as a roofer at 16, so construction is all I’ve ever known. I worked my way up and ran my own company for a few years, so I understand the industry from the ground up — from being on site to managing lads and keeping clients happy.
I’ve always been good with people and sales, so moving into construction recruitment felt natural. I enjoy building relationships and finding the right fit for both sides.
Because I’ve been in their shoes, I understand what companies and workers actually need — not just on paper, but on site.
