I started my apprenticeship when I was 16 years old in bricklaying, so I started when I was young and loved every moment of being on the trowel, growing and developing to the point I was doing private jobs due to recognition. However, I decided to hang the tools up and use my experience on site to help clients find the right talent for the job.

The recruitment is a whole different platform from working on site, so meeting my clients and candidates on site and doing walk arounds to observe how much work is coming up/ got left is always refreshing for me and brings back memories.
